The consortium is led by a steering committee consisting of one person from each partner. The steering committee is responsible for the overall management of the consortium including plans, professional development and problem solving.
The steering committee has appointed Peter Hjuler Jensen, Deputy Head of Department at DTU Wind Energy, to consortium coordinator. The consortium coordinator is the manager of the consortium and has the responsibility for coordinating the ongoing business of the consortium.
The coordination committee and the working groups which are composed of representatives from the consortium partners have the purpose of assisting the consortium coordinator in the daily coordination of the consortium.
The coordination committee and the working groups must within their specific field of interest participate in:
- the preparation of strategy and professional programs for research and training
- the preparation of procedures and principles for project descriptions and project staffing
- the coordination of joint project applications to Danish and international research and development programs
- securing the quality and relevance of applications
- the follow-up on tasks in the consortium
- joint marketing initiatives
